For all projects we undertake, the critical prerequisite is to ascertain the clients exact requirements, budget parameters and constraints. Redmark ensures that its management team and support staff know these requirements and work together with the clients to harmonize these, and make proposals with possible realistic solutions.

By utilizing the fundamental concepts for owners, engineers, architects and builders, we identify the objectives and requirements of every project before work is started. This combined with our project execution plan (pep), risk mitigation strategy (rms) and a detailed tasking program ensures costing, transparency, budget control, project timing and commissioning are achieved seamlessly.

Redmark undertakes the project management process by coordinating closely with its clients throughout the project cycle, from project conception stage up to handover and final project close out. Knowledge gained through effective hands on experience allows us a keen eye to properly identify potential risk spots in a project before they develop into problems, give clients objective information and recommend solutions allowing them to make informed decisions on key issues.

The primary approach to all redmark projects is first and foremost to use the project execution plan (pep) to identify the objectives and requirements of the project then carry out a risk mitigation strategy (rms) along with a detailed tasking program for the duration of the project.

The project execution plan (pep) criteria requires the project manager to ensure that all client and company requirements are met this includes the clients desired designs and results as well as the contractors obligations.

In addition to the master plan program and in order to track project progress and expected duration of completion, redmark produces outline schedules to indicate project activities, status & duration and key milestones. Such information includes tenders and appointment of external experts (consultants, contractors), completion of design, orders made to partnering product and service providers and detailed construction schedule.
