The primary approach to all redmark projects is first and foremost to use the project execution plan (pep) to identify the objectives and requirements of the project then carry out a risk mitigation strategy (rms) along with a detailed tasking program for the duration of the project.
The project execution plan (pep) criteria requires the project manager to ensure that all client and company requirements are met this includes the clients desired designs and results as well as the contractors obligations.
In addition to the master plan program and in order to track project progress and expected duration of completion, redmark produces outline schedules to indicate project activities, status & duration and key milestones. Such information includes tenders and appointment of external
experts (consultants, contractors), completion of design, orders made to partnering product and service providers and detailed construction schedule.
